Falcon’s Nest Villa at The Springs Resort

Exterior

The luxurious five-bedroom, six-bathroom Falcon’s Nest Villa is located within The Springs Resort property in the Arenal Volcano region. The 3,553 square foot villa is situated at the highest point of the property with an incredible view that looks directly out over Arenal Volcano over the terrace and a heated lagoon-style swimming pool with an embedded infinity-edge overflow Jacuzzi.

The 1,775 square foot outdoor space also has a covered area with a dining table (fantastic for outdoor family meals) along with balconies, rocking chairs, and hammocks. The Falcon’s Nest Villa also has access to a six-person golf cart to use between the villas and the reception building above them. They are not permitted down the mountain at the Jungle Cat Sanctuary or Club Rio.

Interior

The Falcon’s Nest Villa layout is divided in half; one side is similar to the Oropendola suite with the full-size kitchen, the other side is similar to their family suite. There is also a small connected bedroom with a separate entrance.

Family Suite Side

On the family suite side, there is a king bed with a large private bath on the first level and a mezzanine bedroom above with a king-size bed, two sofa beds, and its own private bathroom.

Oropendola Suite Side

On the first floor of the Oropendola suite, there is the kitchenette, living space, and a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full private en-suite bathroom on the first floor. There is an additional bedroom with a queen bed and a second private bathroom on the first floor.

The living space has a kitchenette, dining table, coffee maker, mini-bar, sofa, chair set, and full bathroom. There is also an LCD TV, Blu Ray, and a surround sound system compatible with mobile devices.

The Falon’s Nest accommodates a maximum of 10 guests.
