Hotel Presidente has 92 rooms of varying sizes: standard, superior, and suite. Each room has in-room safes, wireless internet, air conditioning, a strong, hot shower, hairdryer, alarm clock, 32 inch LCD TV with cable, and mini-bar.

Standard rooms are 325 square feet with the option of one king bed or two full beds. Superior rooms are 555 square feet, almost 60% larger than standard rooms – the largest rooms available in downtown San Jose. Concept Rooms and Suites are 450 square feet with a fantastic location in the hotel and nearly all feature king-size beds.
