Two-bedroom Villas

Punta Islita has 12 different two-bedroom villa options. Each has two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. Common areas have a fully equipped full-size kitchen, dining and sitting spaces, and a half-bathroom. The two-bedroom villas have a plunge pool framed by gardens with a shaded open terrace and ocean and/or mountain views.

Carao Villa

Located on the Punta Islita Hotel property, the Carao Villa has two bedrooms with private bathrooms. There is a sitting and dining common area with a fully-equipped kitchen as well as a half-bathroom. There is a shaded terrace overlooking the plunge pool, gardens, and ocean.

Ceiba Villa

The Ceiba Villa is an end unit on the Punta Islita Hotel property. It has two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. In the living space, there is a spacious sitting and dining area, a kitchen, and a half-bathroom. Outside, there is an open-air terrace, plunge pool, and gardens with ocean and mountain views.

Flor Blanca Villa

Flor Blanca Villa is located on the two lower terraces of the Punta Islita Hotel property. It offers access to Islita Beach and the main facility. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The common area has a fully equipped kitchen, a half bathroom, and a sitting and dining space. The outdoor terrace is shaded and an infinity plunge pool in the gardens is perfect for relaxing and lounging in the sun.

Each has three bedrooms with private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, sitting and dining spaces, a half guest bathroom, and all the comforts of a private beach home. The three-bedroom villas have access to all the hotel’s services and facilities. They all have private plunge pools with surrounding gardens and lounge terraces.

Cedros Villa

The secluded Cedros Villa showcases an infinity pool with a neighboring palm-thatched terrace for lounging. In the common area is a kitchen and living space with comfortable rattan furnishings.
