Savegre River Whitewater Rafting: Class II-III
Experience whitewater rafting – one of Costa Rica’s most popular adventure activities – on the scenic Savegre River.
Early in the morning, you’ll transfer about 1 hour to the river put-in for paddling instruction and safety briefing. Once you’re fitted with your gear, you’ll head off on your whitewater rafting adventure! Your experienced guide will instruct you as you paddle down the thrilling rapids of Savegre. Once you reach the end of the river, you’ll have time to admire the colorful flora and fauna of the surrounding rainforest river environment. Your guide will lead you to a local waterfall where you can stop for snacks and take a refreshing swim. After lunch, you will be driven back to your hotel.
